Environmental Services Director George Pressley understands the business of hospital environment hygiene as an integral part of a patient's experience. He has been charged with maintaining a clean and safe environment for the entire Yale New Haven Hospital campus system, a role that can affect how the hospital ranks in patient satisfaction scores and the prevention of spreading infectious disease.
