Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc's goal is to provide our members with a diversity of high quality and varied products at reasonable, and at times discounted, prices. We have informed our licensed vendors to offer paraphernalia and other goods/services that bear our trademarks, in pre-approved designs that contain our official colors Royal Purple & Old Gold. At no time should they sell or offer to sell items related to hazing, alcohol, drugs, sexism or anything else that Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. deems inappropriate.
Before anyone can manufacture, make, copy, design, display, sell, offer to sell, distribute or offer to distribute any good, merchandise, paraphernalia ("goods") owned by or relating to OPPF symbols, trademarks, service marks or logos, including but not limited to the marks listed below, and as amended from time to time, the OPPF must grant them a license for such use.
